Return Policy
GO EBIKES RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item as long as the item is in the original sealed box, unopened and undamaged. (Does not include electric bikes) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For all part and accessory returns, a return authorization and return label must be obtained if we shipped the part in error. You can request a return from info@goebikes.net. We are not able to accept returns that have not been authorized. For all other authorized return you will have to send it back at your expense to the address on the original label.
We may elect to not authorize a return of products that are not in their unopened, original packaging, or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts.
Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete (including the “original sealed” product box, with the unit in its original packing materials) and undamaged. Your purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be refunded to you. We do not refund any shipping costs of any product.
Note that if the product is defective you can refer to our 1 year warranty policy.
